Yes, I woke up this morning to find that today was going to be a sunny beautiful day! I can only remember two Birthday's with the sun shining like today. It was raining leaves and super cold and I had no choice but to put away my flip flops. It's official, my warm weather is gone until next spring. I've decided that I'm a warm weather girl, the cold is nice BUT I love wearing skirts, dresses shorts and tank tops and love my sandals and flip flops.

After bringing out the winter wardrobe I've found that I own WAY too many sweaters and coats! I'm seriously thinking of passing some out to the homeless in the next weeks to come. I'm ready to lighten the load. I have more than I need and they're only "Things".

Last year I found my place in the sun.... Paia in Maui. I love that place, so kick back and everyone was super nice. I'm going back in 14 months, can't wait! Taking the entire family (girlfriends & boyfriends included) which should be fun.

I've attached a few pictures from my trip to Maui last winter and my favorite place in the Sierra's during the same winter... hmmmm "Maui or the Sierra's"??? I think Maui is going to win!
