Mi Amiga....she's here!
A long awaited purchase is finally home. Rebuilt from floorboards of an early 1900's cabin. A new home for my shipping supplies!

I'm on a rustic roll now, Pauline at NEST, the boutique where I purchased the Armoire was so kind to give me a rusted old spool display from a fabric store which is sitting on the messy desk in my office.

Now that I'm on the road to organizing beads I've decided to use an old printers tray my aunt gave me years ago for another bead organizer.

Next project ~ the foundation to my new studio "The creekhouse"

I'll be making if from re-purposed wood found around our community.

Coming soon!

A soul filled weekend in the eastern Sierras

A much needed trip to my home away from home. The entire journey developed beautifully as we drove the scenic route down 395. Snowfall starting at the Donner Pass all the way to our high elevation retreat!
The camera was out the entire time, with everything my eyes could see for miles being worthy of a snapshot. Unlike last years autumn journey, the aspen was just barely turning their beautiful rusty golden color. Temperatures dropped down to 9 degrees and freezing everything in site, it was exciting bundling up after our hot, fire filled summer in the foothills of northern California. I look forward to our next trip...... Alaska!
